Calendaring and appointment management

Amitor® keeps a centralized company-wide calendar accessible to each user on a per-group permission basis as well as individual appointment calendars for each of your Amitor® users. Each user can delegate another to access or maintain their appointment calendar and give certain individuals the ability to add or change their own appointments.

The Amitor® appointment system may be used through the company's website to keep and allow appointment scheduling for customers through a customer self-service dashboard.

The calendaring system may be used to post both public and private events to the company's website, as your business needs dictate.
